Request for Proposals: Strategic Planning Consultant

MENTOR Florida is seeking a qualified strategic planning consultant to guide the development of a comprehensive 3-year strategic plan to support our growth and impact across the state. As the newest statewide affiliate of MENTOR National, our mission is to expand the quality and quantity of mentoring relationships for young people throughout Florida. This strategic plan will serve as a roadmap for our future, guiding our efforts to build on the success of the Mentor Center of Palm Beach County and extend our reach statewide.

We invite experienced consultants with expertise in nonprofit strategic planning, particularly within the youth development and mentoring sector, to collaborate with us. The selected consultant will work closely with our leadership, board of directors, and key stakeholders to craft a plan that addresses our mission, vision, organizational capacity, and funding sustainability.
